Delivery Information

Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. Usually the order is delivered on the same or next working day, but no longer than within a week. In exceptional cases, we have the right to send the goods up to 30 calendar days, informing the customer about this. For any order that is not delivered on the next working day, the customer will be informed and delivery times will be agreed separately, unless delivery times have already been agreed in advance.

When ordering goods on emagma.lv, you can choose one of the following options for receiving your order:

1. Pick-up at the MAGMA plumbing salon in Riga, Katrīnas dambī 18a, on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00 (on Fridays until 18:00). 

2. Delivery to parcel machines (only up to 30 kg. and 64 x 39 x 38 cm.). The customer selects the parcel machine of their choice, but MAGMA reserves the right to send the package through any other parcel machine network available at that address.

3. Free delivery with MAGMA courier throughout Latvia or Estonia as part of regular wholesale deliveries on weekdays from 8:00-18:00, if the order amount is at least 50 EUR excluding VAT. Delivery time - 1 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery region. We will contact You for a more accurate delivery date.

4. Delivery to the specified address by courier throughout Baltic states within 1-2 business days (if necessary at a time other than that which Magma courier could deliver). The price must be agreed separately. For orders over 250 EUR (excluding VAT) - free of charge.

5. An additional fee may be applied for delivery outside the Baltic States, regardless of the order amount and the delivery method selected and paid for at the time of placing the order.
